How to earn 18DSC Dollars?
- After becoming 18DSC member, all of your completed orders can earn 18DSC Dollars.
- You can submit product reviews and earn extra 18DSC Dollars. Please note that submit more than one review for the same product is not accepted. Once your review is approved, Five 18DSC Dollars will be obtained.
- Please go to My Wallet to view the status of your 18DSC Dollars.
Calculation of 18DSC Dollars
- Each time your order is completed, 5% of the order amount (Delivery fees, handling fees and gift wrapping service fees cannot earn any 18DSC Dollars) will become 18DSC Dollars and deposit into your wallet.
- One 18DSC Dollar is equal to HKD1.00, and you can use them in your next order.
How to use 18DSC Dollars?
- Please use your 18DSC Dollars at the checkout page.
- 18DSC Dollars are not applicable for the deduction of "Offers & Free Gifts" items, delivery fees, handling fees and gift wrapping service fees.
Remarks:
- Under any circumstances, all used 18DSC Dollars will not be returned.
- Overpayment will be refunded to your member account and you can use it in your next order.
- 18DSC Dollars are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
- 18DSC Dollars do not have expiry date, you can
use them anytime.
- 18DSC Dollars accumulated will be cancelled when your user account is terminated.
In case of dispute, the decision of 18DSC shall be final.
